1. Current paid-plan availability
Current public self-service subscriptions are: Professional at $19.99 USD per month or $199 USD per year; Business Hiring at $149.99 USD per month or $1,499 USD per year; Institutional Professional for 10–49 seats at $14.99 USD per seat per month or $149 USD per seat per year, with a 10-seat minimum; and Institutional Professional for 50–199 seats at $12.99 USD per seat per month or $129 USD per seat per year. Custom agreements may include 1–9,999 Professional seats, 1–9,999 Hiring seats, or both, with direct per-seat pricing, monthly or annual billing, and a one-to-five-year term. A subscription renews as disclosed until cancelled or its agreed term ends. There is no trial, discount, setup fee, or introductory price unless checkout or the custom agreement expressly states otherwise. Setup, a structural offering, an allocation, or an unpaid checkout session does not create paid access or a recurring payment obligation.
2. How cancellation works
Use the billing-management link for the applicable subscription on the plan page to open Stripe's secure Customer Portal and cancel future renewal, or contact support if the link is unavailable. A valid cancellation stops future renewals when effective. Deleting an app, closing a browser, not using the service, or removing local data does not by itself cancel a paid plan.
3. Access after cancellation
Unless the checkout disclosure, a custom agreement, a promotional term, or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee. When paid access ends, paid features stop and sponsored allocations may remain dormant until valid funding returns. Saved career information and billing history may remain so a cancelled subscriber can return, subject to deletion and retention rules. Account closure and subscription cancellation are different actions; account closure may permanently remove access to saved work while limited transaction and audit evidence may be retained.
4. Refunds
Unless required by law or expressly promised at checkout, fees for a period that has begun are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. We may issue a full or partial refund or credit when a duplicate or unauthorized charge is verified, ForgeOffer makes a material billing error, a paid service is materially unavailable, or fairness and the circumstances warrant it.
Mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal, cancellation, and refund rights available where you live take priority over this Policy. If a paid plan is sold through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace's cancellation and refund process may apply.
5. Requesting help
Contact founder@getforgeoffer.com promptly with your account email, charge date, amount, and the last four digits or processor receipt identifier. Do not send a full card number, password, or government identifier. We may ask for reasonable verification before changing an account or issuing money.
6. Charge disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. This does not limit your right to contact your payment provider or exercise legal remedies. Fraudulent chargebacks or material misrepresentations may result in account suspension, but a good-faith billing complaint will not be penalized.
