Copyright and DMCA Policy

Copyright notices, counter-notices, and content removal.

Effective:
August 11, 2026
Last updated:

This English version is the reference text. Mandatory rights available where you live remain unaffected.

1. Respect for intellectual property

ForgeLabs respects intellectual-property rights and expects ForgeOffer users to upload or share only material they own or are authorized to use. We may remove or restrict material when we receive a sufficiently complete, good-faith copyright notice or otherwise learn that the material is unlawful.

2. Copyright infringement notice

Send copyright notices to the ForgeOffer copyright contact at founder@getforgeoffer.com. A notice should include:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works;
  • identification and location of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it;
  • your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; and
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

3. What happens after a notice

We may forward the notice to the affected user, remove or disable access to the identified material, preserve relevant records, and take other appropriate action. We may request missing information. A notice that does not substantially include the required elements may delay action.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your physical or electronic signature; the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, plus consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Obtain legal advice if you are unsure.

We may restore the material after forwarding a valid counter-notice if the claimant does not timely notify us of a court action, subject to applicable law and our Terms.

5. Repeat infringement

In appropriate circumstances, ForgeLabs may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. We may also act on a single serious violation. We consider the reliability of notices, counter-notices, context, and applicable law rather than relying only on an unsupported accusation.

6. Accuracy and designated-agent record

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may create liability. This page provides ForgeOffer's operational copyright contact; it does not replace any designated-agent registration that U.S. law may require. If ForgeLabs registers a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, the Office's public directory record is the authoritative registration record and must be kept current.

7. Other intellectual-property concerns

The DMCA process is for copyright claims. Send trademark, privacy, impersonation, or other content concerns to founder@getforgeoffer.com and identify the right, material, location, and requested action.
