1. Listings come from multiple sources
ForgeOffer may display job information supplied by employers, job-data providers, public sources, or users. ForgeOffer may normalize or summarize fields for display, but it does not independently verify every employer, opening, location, salary, deadline, requirement, or statement. A listing can be incomplete, duplicated, changed, filled, expired, or removed without immediate notice.
2. Verify the original posting
Review the employer's original posting and official website before applying or making a decision. Confirm the role, location, work authorization, compensation, benefits, schedule, application deadline, and contact identity. Third-party links and providers have their own terms and privacy practices, and ForgeOffer does not control their availability or application process.
3. Avoid employment scams
Be cautious if someone requests money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, equipment purchases through a personal account, bank credentials, government identifiers before legitimate onboarding, or an interview only through an unverified messaging account. ForgeOffer does not guarantee that a listing or contact is legitimate. Report suspicious content to the original provider and to ForgeOffer.
4. Salary and market information
Salary ranges, currency conversions, market benchmarks, match levels, and compensation comparisons may be employer-supplied, provider-supplied, inferred, or estimated from limited and dated information. They are not a promise of pay or professional financial advice. Verify total compensation, currency, tax, benefits, equity, and employment classification directly with the employer and appropriate advisers.
5. Matching and recommendations
A search result, priority label, match explanation, or recommended next step is a navigation aid, not a statement that you are qualified, likely to be hired, or unsuitable for another role. It may miss transferable experience or relevant context. Candidate scoring and ranking for employer decisions is not released by default.
6. Applications and employment relationship
Unless a ForgeOffer page expressly says that an employer is accepting a direct application through ForgeOffer, applying occurs on an external service. The employer—not ForgeOffer—controls interviews, accommodations, background checks, offers, rejection, hiring, employment terms, and workplace conduct. ForgeOffer does not guarantee a response or outcome and is not a party to the employment relationship.
7. Unlawful or inaccessible listings
A listing must not be interpreted as permission to discriminate or avoid legally required pay transparency, accessibility, accommodations, or notices. Report a materially inaccurate, discriminatory, fraudulent, or inaccessible ForgeOffer listing or link to founder@getforgeoffer.com with the URL and a concise description.
