Subscription and Automatic-Renewal Terms
Rules for future paid plans and recurring charges.
- Effective:
- August 11, 2026

1. Current availability
ForgeOffer does not currently offer public self-service paid checkout. Explorer is displayed as free, Professional tools are available to eligible or granted accounts, and Business Hiring is available in early access. Paid Professional and Business subscriptions, public pricing, and recurring billing have not launched. Viewing a plan card, using granted Professional access, opening Business Hiring, or contacting ForgeOffer does not create a recurring payment obligation.
2. Required disclosure before a future charge
Before you can enroll in a paid recurring plan, the checkout screen must clearly disclose the plan, included features, amount due, taxes if known, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, trial or promotional conditions, material restrictions, cancellation method, and when the first and later charges occur. You will be asked to take an affirmative action that expressly authorizes the recurring charge.
The specific terms shown and accepted at checkout form part of these Terms. If they conflict with this general page, the checkout term that is more specific to the transaction controls, subject to mandatory law.
3. Automatic renewal
If you choose an automatically renewing plan, it will continue for successive periods and the authorized payment method will be charged at the start of each period until you cancel. The renewal period and price will be shown before enrollment. We will send confirmations, reminders, or change notices when required by law.
4. Trials, promotions, and price changes
A trial or introductory offer will disclose its duration, eligibility, conversion price, and deadline to avoid a charge. Unless the offer says otherwise, one trial is available per person or organization. Before increasing a recurring price or making another material adverse change, we will provide the notice and obtain any consent required by law. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
5. Cancellation
When recurring checkout launches, you will be able to cancel through an online method that is at least as easy to use as enrollment, as well as any additional method shown at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals after it becomes effective; access normally continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms or law provide otherwise. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Payment failures and taxes
You authorize the payment processor to retry a failed recurring charge as disclosed by that processor and applicable law. We may suspend paid features after reasonable notice if payment remains due. You are responsible for applicable taxes that are properly disclosed and not collected from another source.
7. Founder, lifetime, and complimentary grants
Founders Circle lifetime access, Founder access, beta access, and other complimentary or promotional grants do not automatically renew for money unless you separately enroll in a clearly disclosed paid plan. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the applicable ForgeOffer plan or service, not a promise that every future product or third-party cost will be included forever. Any written grant terms control its scope.
8. Billing help
Because checkout is not yet public, there should be no ForgeOffer self-service subscription charge today. If you believe you were charged or have a future billing question, contact founder@getforgeoffer.com with the account email and non-sensitive transaction details. Do not email a full card number.
