Subscription and Automatic-Renewal Terms

ForgeOffer offers Explorer at no charge. Current public self-service subscriptions are: Professional at $19.99 USD per month or $199 USD per year; Business Hiring at $149.99 USD per month or $1,499 USD per year; Institutional Professional for 10–49 seats at $14.99 USD per seat per month or $149 USD per seat per year, with a 10-seat minimum; and Institutional Professional for 50–199 seats at $12.99 USD per seat per month or $129 USD per seat per year. Custom agreements may include 1–9,999 Professional seats, 1–9,999 Hiring seats, or both, with direct per-seat pricing, monthly or annual billing, and a one-to-five-year term. Subscriptions renew according to the interval and term disclosed at checkout or in the agreement. There is no trial, discount, setup fee, or introductory price unless the transaction expressly states otherwise. Business Hiring is released, except that external automated candidate discovery and candidate-to-job matching are not released. Viewing a plan, creating a workspace or structural seat offering, receiving an allocation, starting checkout, or contacting ForgeOffer does not create a payment obligation or paid access without exact completed-payment evidence.

Before you can enroll in a paid recurring plan, the checkout screen must clearly disclose the plan, included features, amount due, taxes if known, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, trial or promotional conditions, material restrictions, cancellation method, and when the first and later charges occur. You will be asked to take an affirmative action that expressly authorizes the recurring charge.

The specific terms shown and accepted at checkout form part of these Terms. If they conflict with this general page, the checkout term that is more specific to the transaction controls, subject to mandatory law.

If you choose an automatically renewing plan, it will continue for successive periods and the authorized payment method will be charged at the start of each period until you cancel. The renewal period and price will be shown before enrollment. We will send confirmations, reminders, or change notices when required by law.

A trial or introductory offer will disclose its duration, eligibility, conversion price, and deadline to avoid a charge. Unless the offer says otherwise, one trial is available per person or organization. Before increasing a recurring price or making another material adverse change, we will provide the notice and obtain any consent required by law. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

You can manage or cancel an active self-service subscription online from its billing-management link on the plan page, which opens Stripe's secure Customer Portal for that subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals after it becomes effective; access normally continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms or law provide otherwise. When paid access ends, paid features stop, sponsored allocations may become dormant, and saved account and billing history may remain so you can return and subscribe again, subject to deletion and retention rules. You authorize the payment processor to retry a failed recurring charge as disclosed by that processor and applicable law. We may suspend paid features after reasonable notice if payment remains due. You are responsible for applicable taxes that are properly disclosed and not collected from another source.

Founders Circle lifetime access, Founder access, beta access, and other complimentary or promotional grants do not automatically renew for money unless you separately enroll in a clearly disclosed paid plan. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the applicable ForgeOffer plan or service, not a promise that every future product or third-party cost will be included forever. Any written grant terms control its scope.

Manage or cancel an active self-service subscription through its secure billing-management link on the plan page. If that link is unavailable, you believe you were charged incorrectly, or you have a billing question, contact founder@getforgeoffer.com with the account email and non-sensitive transaction details. Do not email a full card number.
